1. International Shipping & Delivery Terms
1.1 Trade Terms (Incoterms)
We support flexible international commercial terms tailored to your procurement needs, including FOB (Guangzhou / Shenzhen / Foshan), CIF, CFR, EXW, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid for selected countries).
1.2 Shipping Methods
• Express Air Courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT): Recommended for urgent spare parts, dental handpieces, and sample packages. Typical transit time: 3–7 business days worldwide.
• Air Freight: Suitable for medium-weight equipment orders requiring fast transit. Typical transit time: 5–10 business days.
• Sea Freight (FCL / LCL): Recommended for bulky items (dental chairs, cabinets, compressors) and consolidated container orders. Typical transit time: 20–40 days depending on destination port.
1.3 Order Processing & Lead Times
• Standard stock items and clinical consumables are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days following payment confirmation.
• Customized OEM orders (custom logo laser marking, bespoke packaging, or tailored technical specifications) require 10–20 business days depending on production volume.
• Full tracking details and carrier documentation (Bill of Lading, Air Waybill) are provided immediately upon dispatch.
1.4 Customs, Duties & Import Compliance
Unless a DDP agreement is explicitly confirmed, buyers are responsible for local import duties, VAT, and customs clearance formalities in their destination countries. We provide full export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and CE / ISO technical certificates) to ensure seamless customs clearance.
2. Quality Assurance & Pre-Shipment Inspection
To minimize transit disputes, every Amber Medical product undergoes rigorous internal multi-stage quality verification:
• 100% rotational balance and torque testing for high-speed & low-speed handpieces.
• Functional burn-in and calibration checks for electric micro motors and apex locators.
• Shockproof, multi-layered protective packaging engineered for overseas freight.
3. Warranty & Defective Item Replacement
3.1 Warranty Period
• Dental Handpieces (Turbines & Low-Speed Kits): 12-month standard warranty (bearings and consumable wear-and-tear parts covered under a 6-month limited warranty).
• Electric Micro Motors, Endo Motors & Apex Locators: 12-month comprehensive warranty.
• Dental Clinic Furniture & Units: 12-month structural warranty.
3.2 Claim Process for Damaged or Defective Items
• Inspect your shipment upon delivery. If any carton arrives visibly damaged or items are compromised during transit, please notify the carrier immediately and contact our team within 7 calendar days of receipt.
• Please provide clear photos/videos demonstrating the issue along with the order number and product serial numbers.
• Upon technical assessment, Amber Medical will provide free replacement parts, express replacements, or credit notes toward your next order.
4. Returns & Cancellations
• As a B2B manufacturer and wholesale exporter, custom OEM products, custom-labeled handpieces, and sterile consumables cannot be returned unless verified as a manufacturing defect.
• Standard, non-customized stock items may be returned within 14 days of receipt subject to prior written approval. Items must be unused, in original clinical packaging, and accompanied by all accessories. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our shipping error.
