China National Day, observed annually on October 1st, commemorates the founding of the People's Republic of China. It marks the beginning of a nationwide seven-day celebration known as "Golden Week," a cherished time for family reunions, travel, and cultural reflection across the country.
At Amber Medical, this season also serves as an opportunity to review our commitment to clinical precision and prepare for the upcoming global exhibition and year-end distribution cycles.
Holiday Schedule & Facility Operations (Oct 1 – Oct 7, 2026)
In accordance with national statutory holiday arrangements, Amber Medical's corporate headquarters, testing laboratories, and manufacturing workshops in Foshan will observe the following schedule:
• Holiday Closure: Thursday, October 1, 2026 to Wednesday, October 7, 2026 (7 Days)
• Resumption of Full Operations: Thursday, October 8, 2026 (08:30 GMT+8)
Order Fulfillment, Shipping & Continuous Support Arrangements
To avoid supply disruptions and support your dental clinics and distribution channels seamlessly, please review our operational protocol during Golden Week:
• Manufacturing & Custom OEM Orders: Handpiece assembly lines, CNC machining, and OEM custom laser marking will pause during the 7-day closure. Orders confirmed prior to September 28 are being dispatched as scheduled. Inquiries and custom orders submitted during the holiday will receive immediate priority dispatch scheduling starting October 8.
• International Logistics & Ports: Air freight and container consignments already processed and cleared through customs will proceed according to carrier routes. Real-time sea/air tracking will remain updated by our logistics coordinators.
• 24/7 Digital Standby Support: Our international sales managers will maintain standby availability via email and WhatsApp. For urgent clinical inquiries, catalog requests, or emergency replacement quotes, our team guarantees feedback within 24 hours.
