1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 1 piece for sample evaluation. For customized logos, the MOQ is 10–20 pieces depending on the product model. Custom packaging requires 500 pieces minimum. We support small trial orders so you can test our quality before committing to bulk purchases.

2. Can you put my clinic or distributor logo on the handpieces?

Yes. We offer OEM laser engraving for logos on handpiece bodies. Minimum order is 10–20 pieces (varies by model). Simply provide your logo file in AI, EPS, or high-resolution PNG format, and we will send you a mockup for approval before production.

3. What certifications do your handpieces have?

All AMBER handpieces are CE certified and compliant with EU Medical Device Regulation standards. If you require additional certifications for specific markets (e.g., FDA for the US, ANVISA for Brazil, COFEPRIS for Mexico), please contact us — we can discuss documentation support on a case-by-case basis.

4. How do you control product quality?

We implement a three-stage quality control process:
